My Story
A Journey in Design
My journey started with a simple (and slightly sarcastic) “Fine, I’ll make a pillow.” What began as an experiment turned into a full-blown love for design. Since founding Dani Carr DSGN Co. in 2016, I’ve grown from helping clients develop meaningful brands to leading research that drives award-winning innovations like the Moen Smart Faucet with Motion Control. It’s been an adventure fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a love for connection.

As a Navy veteran, wife, and mom of three, I’ve learned the power of resilience and balance. Every challenge has shaped how I approach design—with empathy, purpose, and a whole lot of grit.

Life in Cleveland, Ohio, is full of inspiration—whether it’s spending time with my husband Jeff, cheering on my three amazing kids, or cuddling Bella, our long-haired Chihuahua. I’m a bookworm at heart (Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes is my all-time favorite!) and I’m passionate about helping others embrace their creativity, grow with confidence, and build the lives they dream of.
